Day 151: Real Housewives of the Jungle

I bought these camouflage-ish green and black pants from Kensie thinking they would look chic and be comfortable and stylish. In reality, they photograph horribly and make me look at least 3 sizes bigger. What woman in her right mind wants to do that?! These babies are goin back! Other than looking like a cougar/trophy wife/pajama queen/Real Housewife of the Jungle, I’ve had a successful day. I spent the evening with my brother bear seeing the Wes Anderson movie Moonrise Kingdom, which takes place in an outdoor camp. I thought this outfit was fitting. Bill Murray, Bruce Willis, Frances McDormand, Edward Norton and adorable lil boy scout kids, how can you go wrong here? You can’t! The movie was hysterical and reminded me of camping out with my Uncle Ron back in the days of the treehouse. My grandparents had this unbelievable treehouse in the woods in the middle of a creek, where you took a wooden bridge to cross. There was a tv up there and everything! It was such a treat, until it was ruined and soiled by raccoons. Anyway, the whole movie they keep referring to “Suzy’s Sunday School Shoes” and how inappropriate they were for the wild.
