Day 128: Superhero Status

Two things are very exciting today: Superheros and the MET Gala. I saw The Avengers this weekend, like everyone else on the planet, (grossed 640 million, highest box office opening in US History), and I actually thought it was pretty cool. I don’t really dig action flicks, but I like redheads…and both Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johansson were red in the film. I also did an adorable superhero themed dance a couple of years ago, and have seen a lot in the convention circuit since. What is it that they say? Copying is the highest form of flattery? Thanks lazy choroegraphers for copying my great ideas! I also played a superhero in my first NYC job ever!

The MET Gala is also this evening, it’s like The Oscars for fashion people… anyone who is anyone in fashion or movies will be there. Here’s a look at my favorite MET looks in the last couple years. Can’t wait to catch up on all the blogs tomorrow regarding this year’s fashion. I know supermodel Coco Rocha is rocking a vintage Elizabeth Taylor jumpsuit with a wine stain on it from Elizabeth herself!
